Deleting your account

Open your profile in the app and choose Delete account. We confirm the request immediately and complete the deletion within 30 days — your name, phone, and email are removed, and your sign-in stops working. Trip and payment records the businesses you dealt with are required to keep are retained without your identity attached.

If you own a company on RideBits, transfer ownership first (or contact us to close the company) — an owner account can't be deleted out from under an active business.

To request a copy of your data or ask a privacy question, start at ridebits.app/my_data. Our Privacy Policy and Terms are always available.
