How pricing works
Automatic quotes, your rates
Set your rates once and every booking gets an instant, itemized quote. Rates are per service and per vehicle class: transfers and deliveries use a base fare + a per-mile (or per-km) rate with however much distance you include in the base; hourly work uses an hourly rate with a minimum-hours floor. Tax is yours to configure too — added on top, built into your prices, or off.
Prefer to price each trip yourself?
Automatic quoting is optional. Run in manual mode and requests come in unpriced — you set the price per trip, itemized however you like. The same applies to any vehicle class you haven't given rates yet: clients can still request it, and you price it when the request lands. Setting the first price on a pending request also confirms the booking in one step.
What clients see
With automatic pricing on, clients see the full price for each vehicle class you offer and choose between them before confirming — no surprises at the end of the ride. In manual mode (or for an unpriced class) they see price-on-request and you set the price when the request lands. On a round trip, each leg is quoted on its own.
Add-ons
Add-ons are extra charges you define — fixed, per-unit (per passenger, per stop), or a percentage. Clients can opt into the ones you make selectable (child seat, meet & greet), you can apply operator-only ones yourself, and add-ons can also fire automatically on conditions you set: pickup zones, time windows, days of the week, or specific routes (airport fees, late-night surcharges).
Changing a price later
You can adjust any job's price after booking — hand-edit the line items or recalculate against your current rates — and the client's money card and receipt update with it. There's no separate discount feature: to give one, edit the lines down.
