Your RideBits subscription
The plans
Solo ($99/mo) is for owner-operators who drive everything themselves. Fleet ($249/mo) unlocks drivers, a team, and multiple vehicle classes. Every new company starts with a 14-day free trial — a card is required at signup, but nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Where you manage billing
Everything lives at dashboard.ridebits.app — sign in with your email (a 6-digit code, no password) and open Manage billing. From there you can update your card, see every invoice, switch plans, and cancel or resubscribe. The app handles your trips; billing stays on the web.
Switching plans
Plan changes are instant and prorated in both directions: upgrading charges the difference for the remainder of the month; downgrading credits you for unused time. Downgrading to Solo pauses Fleet features — your drivers lose access and extra vehicle classes are hidden — but nothing is deleted: upgrade again and everything comes back exactly as it was.
If a payment fails
Your card is retried automatically and you keep full access during a grace period while that happens — update your card in the dashboard and the next successful payment sets everything right. If it stays unpaid past the grace period, taking new bookings pauses until payment succeeds; your existing trips, history, and messages are never touched.
Canceling
Cancel any time from the billing page — you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can resubscribe with one click before it ends. If you run more than one company on RideBits, each has its own subscription.
One thing billing never touches
Your RideBits subscription is separate from your client payments. Money from your clients flows through your own Stripe account, directly to you — RideBits takes no cut of your fares. See Getting paid.
