For clients
Booking with a company on RideBits
Your operator's page — ridebits.app/theirname — gets you the app; their link or QR code adds them automatically (you'll always see who you're joining and confirm first — never a silent join). Already in the app? Add any company by typing its handle. One account works with every company you ride with.
Booking and paying
Most companies quote automatically — you see the full, itemized price per vehicle before you confirm; some price each trip personally and confirm the price with you. If your operator takes cards, your card is saved when you book, not charged — the operator charges it per their own policy (some take a deposit up front, some charge after the trip), and your receipt in the app shows every payment. Payments go to your operator directly — RideBits never holds your money. For refunds, talk to your operator: it's their business and their call.
Changes and cancelling
Need a different time or address? Send a change request from the trip — your operator approves it and the trip updates automatically. Cancelling is done from the trip too — cancellation terms are your operator's own policy, so check with them.
During the trip
Watch your driver approach live on the map, and use the trip's own message thread — your operator's team and your driver are right there. For anything outside a trip, most companies have a Help line in the app — a direct conversation with their front desk.
