1. Introduction
RideBits ("we," "us," or "our") operates the RideBits Express mobile application and the ridebits.app website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address or phone number, and the role you hold within a transportation company (administrator, driver, or client).
Location Data
With your permission, we collect precise location data from your device to provide trip tracking, route mapping, estimated arrival times, and driver location updates. You can disable location access in your device settings, though some features may not function properly without it.
Contacts

Job and Trip Data
We collect information about jobs created, assigned, and completed through the Service, including pickup and dropoff addresses, scheduling details, driver assignments, and job status updates.
Messages
We store messages sent through the in-app messaging system between clients, drivers, and administrators.
Device and Usage Information
We automatically collect device type, operating system, app version, crash reports, and general usage analytics to improve the Service.
