Joining a company

Operators invite you with a link or directly by phone/email. Either way, nothing happens without your say-so: the invite waits as pending, shows up in your app when you sign in with that phone or email, and you join only when you tap accept. You can drive for more than one company from the same account.

How work reaches you

Two ways, depending on how you and your operator work together: trips are either assigned to you directly (you'll see them on your schedule) or offered — a push and a card in your chat with the operator, and the trip is yours only when you accept. "Ride now" work reaches you while you're on duty, with a short decision window; declining just hands it back to dispatch.

On duty

The on-duty toggle lives at the top of your schedule. On duty means you're raising your hand for "ride now" trips; off duty takes you out of the instant-dispatch pool. Scheduled offers reach you either way. Only you can put yourself on duty.

Location, plainly

While you're on duty or running a trip, the app shares your live location so dispatch can route work sensibly and the client can watch their ride approach. Off duty with no active trip, your location isn't shared. Going on duty asks for location permission the first time — that's what it's for.

On the trip

Each trip carries its details, statuses you advance as you go (en route, arrived, picked up, dropped off), and its own message thread with the client and the operator's team — you're added when you take the trip.
