From zero to taking bookings under your own name — six steps, about an hour, most of it in the app.
Go to ridebits.app/signup. You'll pick your handle — the name of your public booking page (ridebits.app/yourcompany) — enter your company details, verify your email, choose a plan, and add a card. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial; your card isn't charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
Your dashboard opens with a short setup checklist tailored to what you chose at signup. The essentials: set your rates so quotes are automatic, and connect Stripe so client payments land in your own account — how getting paid works.
From the Drivers page, share your company invite link (or invite a driver directly by phone or email) — drivers always accept explicitly, nobody is added silently. Admins and staff join from the Team page. Running solo? Skip this — you're already your own driver.
Your page at ridebits.app/yourcompany is where clients find you: it carries your QR code (print it, sticker it, text it) and walks clients into the app under your brand. It's live from day one.
Requests land in your app under To confirm — a "ride now" request pings you instantly. Confirm it, put a driver on it (or accept it yourself), and the trip runs with live tracking and its own message thread. The details live in the life of a job.
